Exchange of goods

In accordance with the law of Ukraine, underwear, swimwear, hosiery of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

We guarantee the quality of our products. We also love our customers, so if our products do not fit you in shape, size, color, within Ukraine we consider exchanging the product for a similar one.

Attention!

Exchanges are made only for goods that have not been used, are not damaged, have no stains, etc. and are preserved in full.
The exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order at the warehouse.
The costs of sending the goods during the exchange are borne by the buyer.
